Bryan has been in the civil engineering business for more than 20 years and has a wide spectrum of experience in the planning, design, and permitting of infrastructure related to residential, multifamily, office, school and commercial developments in the lowcountry. He leads a team relentlessly focused on bringing communities together by building and transforming public spaces.
Bryan was recognized in 1997 with the Secretary of Defense Award for his outstanding performance associated with the Base Closure of NAS Cecil Field. He also served as the project manager for a retail development located on Daniel Island, a suburban community which was recognized as America’s Best Suburban Smart Growth Community.
Bryan works to advance the engineering industry by serving with local industry groups. He earned his Bachelors in Civil Engineering at The Citadel and earned his Masters of Engineering at the University of South Carolina. Bryan is married, has two children, and enjoys anything outdoors.
