An architect, artist, and business leader with a master’s in business administration, Sylvia focuses on growth and business performance in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Aligning design excellence with business objectives has greatly interested Sylvia, and before her current role, she led a buildings group in New York City.
Sylvia has extensive experience with a comprehensive range of complex project types, scales, and construction contracts in healthcare and commercial sectors—including Bloorview Kids, Bridgepoint Health, Montfort Hospital, Mount Sinai PH3A, and fast-paced retail rollouts. Sylvia’s key strength is finding unique, innovative, and strategic solutions to client needs. She’s an intuitive leader, advocating positive change in the built environment and community through diplomacy.
You might find Sylvia unwinding over a canvas when she isn’t running teams and projects. One of her pen and marker art pieces, “Porkchop The Search Dog,” won the AKC Museum of the Dog’s Salute to Search & Rescue Dogs art contest and was placed on display during the museum’s 9/11 Remembered: Search & Rescue Dogs exhibit. Her drawings are frequently published in renowned art magazines around the world.
