Bringing extensive experience with interpretation of hydrogeologic, geophysical, and geochemical data, Neil has knowledge that’s an asset in any project. He’s a team leader, project manager, hydrogeologist, construction manager, driller, geotechnical inspector, and environmental technician. With more than 30 years of combined, diverse experience, his work includes construction oversight, testing and rehabilitation of production wells, underground injection (UIC) wells, and aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) wells.
Neil has performed permitting, design, construction supervision, and testing of water resources projects throughout the United States and abroad, including public supply well work for the United States Agency for International Development, and the Palestinian Water Authority.
When not on the job site, Neil enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, travel, and riding his motorcycle.
