With more than 20 years of unique environmental experience, Jackie has worked as a consultant, federal employee, and applicant representative for private industry clients. A seasoned National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) practitioner, she has extensive experience in preparing highly complicated environmental documents in accordance with NEPA and the revised Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations.
As a senior associate and project manager, Jackie is responsible for managing offshore wind projects with complex teams, which often consist of in-house professional scientists and engineers and strategic teaming partners and subconsultants. She manages the preparation of permit applications, regulator-led surveys, survey campaigns, schedules, and construction and operations plans (COP). Additionally, she leads coordination efforts with federal and state agencies regarding offshore wind project status and permitting.
When she isn’t helping clients with environmental permitting, Jackie spends time with her family and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Genoa, boating and watching her kids play sports—ice hockey, field hockey, and soccer keep the family busy all year around!
