Coming from the public sector, Tracy understands the issues that many communities face. She strives to manage projects efficiently and find innovative ways to help communities solve issues and provide affordable services to their residents.
Tracy spends the majority of her time managing projects in terms of client communication, deliverables, and scheduling. She also assists in coordination of contract negotiations, independent reviews, and setting budget and project goals. Some of her relevant project experience includes retail reclaimed water rate design for Pinellas County and conducting an irrigation rate study for the Ave Maria Stewardship Community District, both in Florida.
When she isn’t busy helping communities, Tracy enjoys supporting her alma mater Kansas State University, the Kansas City Chiefs, and Royals and going to games when she can. You can also find her trying new restaurants, reading, and playing volleyball.
