Shawn has over 20 years of experience working on a wide range of transportation infrastructure projects, from small bridge replacements to large new alignment, limited access interstates. He’s been involved with geometric design, drainage design, post construction stormwater management, erosion and sediment pollution control, and environmental permitting.
As a senior highway engineer, Shawn’s responsibilities include task and project management. He’s currently serving as the project manager for the I-83 North York Road Widening Project for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT). He enjoys the challenge of designing and delivering projects that improve access and mobility and have a positive and lasting impact on the communities that we work and live in.
When he isn’t refining engineering designs or managing highway projects, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, or working on home renovation projects.
