With more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and business development, Laddie has focused on the implementation of large-scale airport development programs. Throughout his career, he has guided teams through integrating complex planning, environmental, and engineering challenges to successfully complete airport development projects.
Laddie’s experience includes work with airports in Texas, Florida, New York, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Bermuda, and the US Virgin Islands. He has also provided consulting services to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in DC.
Laddie is active in organizations such as Airports Council International, the American Association of Airport Executives, the Airport Consultants Council, and the FAA’s Next Gen Institute. He also serves as the president of the Tony Jannus Distinguished Aviation Society, which recognizes the legacy the pilot of the world’s first commercial passenger flight across Tampa Bay from St. Petersburg to Tampa in 1914.
