Angel is a rail design specialist who produces outstanding results within limited budgets. His proven rail plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E) production and management track record includes national rail projects in California, Texas, Washington, Nevada, and Utah. He’s worked on all phases of design-build and design-bid-build rail projects, from pre-design strategies and alternative analysis to conceptual design, preliminary engineering, final design, design support during construction, and program management.
Working with nationwide transportation agencies such as LA Metro, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF), Union Pacific Railroad, Port of Los Angeles, and Port of Long Beach, Angel’s depth of experience and proven approach to project management speak for itself in successful project outcomes. He incorporates his knowledge and experience to develop superior alternatives and designs that solve the most challenging issues and site constraints.
A true people person, he’s formed strong relationships with his clients and enjoys being a mentor to young staff, helping them to develop and grow in the transportation/rail field.
