Tom is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years of experience who specializes in development infrastructure design, management, and delivery. He takes a keen interest in encouraging input from others throughout design and approval processes. Working closely with clients and stakeholders, he strives to achieve desired outcomes, maintain a focus on deliverability, and encourage others to see opportunities beyond immediate demands.
As the director of civil engineering based in our Soho Square office, Tom leads a team of engineers on a wide range of projects at different stages of design. These include transportation infrastructure such as roadways and bridges, as well as those related to community development like urban regeneration and strategic land and housing efforts.
When he isn’t working on development infrastructure efforts, you’ll find Tom spending as much time as possible with his family and friends, out on his road bike, rowing, maintaining the garden, learning the piano, or reading.
