With over 17 years of experience in water resources and water quality disciplines, Sheri’s a senior project scientist with expertise in collection and analysis of surface water samples, both freshwater and marine, biological sampling, and habitat assessments. She’s worked on projects for public and private clients including local cities and counties, water management districts, municipalities, private developers, private water suppliers, and industrial clients.
Well-versed in the flora and fauna of freshwater and marine systems, Sheri holds numerous Florida Department of Environmental Protection certifications for biological community assessments including the Stream Condition Index, Habitat Assessment, Rapid Periphyton Survey, Lake Vegetation Index, and Linear Vegetation Survey. Her favorite project? She worked on the Madison Blue Spring biological sampling project, allowing her to work in a first order spring in a Florida State Park.
In her spare time, Sheri enjoys reading, crafting, baking, watching hockey, and spending time with her husband and cats.
