Scott has always been happiest and most at home in nature. His senior undergraduate year gave him an opportunity for independent study in developmental economics, which underscored the importance of environmental stewardship. This ultimately influenced his master’s program choice and thesis on environmental impact assessments.
Now a senior project manager, leader, and interdisciplinary team builder in our Louisiana offices, Scott leads teams in infrastructure pre-construction studies and related analyses. He specializes National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and related planning and analysis for transportation and other infrastructure. Some of his recent projects include the City of Baton Rouge’s MOVEBR program for improving transportation throughout the city and the I-49 Connector program.
When his isn’t advocating for environmental stewardship and improving transportation infrastructure, Scott enjoys family-time on the river, beekeeping, and thrifting and refurbishing finds for reuse.
