Chris is passionate about building communities, better. With over 15 years in the land development industry, Chris has significant experience bringing forward creative and effective solutions for his clients.
A big-picture thinker, Chris calls on his comprehensive understanding of development—coupled with a technical background in preliminary design and costing analysis, municipal infrastructure design, and grading and earthwork design—to provide strategic insight through all stages of a project. He’s also an experienced project manager who can effectively harness the skills of a multidisciplinary team to respond to a wide range of project needs.
Whether he’s working on a master planning exercise, such as the Matsqui Urban Design and Infrastructure Master Plan or the Ashcroft Terminal Site Infrastructure Master Plan, to transform an underutilized site or a small engineering assignment to bring effective solutions for utilities and grading of an infill project, Chris works closely with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals to find the right balance between planning, environmental, engineering, and community needs.
