Using policy and jurisdictional research, Courtney guides utilities and energy organizations through complex regulatory proceedings while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives. She has led the filing and approval of annual capital budgets and has authored technical reports for innovative projects including LED streetlights and electric vehicle fast chargers. She maintains certifications in asset management and climate risk management.
Courtney’s not only passionate about supporting clients with energy transition solutions, she’s also an avid musician with over 20 years of experience as a pianist. She enjoys discovering new, exciting music.
