Dale’s love of problem-solving fuels his favorite non-work activities, like woodworking and tinkering with his restored 1948 Jeep. Summer offers time to swing a golf club or enjoy his backyard with family. But bow hunting provides him an opportunity to slow down, sit quietly, and appreciate the blessings of the outdoors.
