Coleman has a wide variety of environmental and water resources experience. His positive attitude and attention to detail led to consistent design work early in his career with key clients such as Dominion Energy, where he was doing everything from coordinating preliminary field work tasks to editing the final plans.
Since then, Coleman has increased his involvement with stormwater management planning efforts, especially those involving an emphasis on resilience. He recently helped perform analysis and create report content for the Diascund Creek Watershed Management Plan, a comprehensive document outlining current and future threats to an area just outside of his hometown of Williamsburg, Virginia.
When he isn’t working on civil engineering designs and plans, Coleman enjoys tinkering with his personal computer(s), keeping up with University of Virginia teams, and relaxing on the James River with his family.
