Henk is responsible for the management of land development projects and his team’s European business, which includes offices in Germany and development of the Leeds office. Henk has a degree in civil engineering and more than 25 years of experience in due diligence, feasibility planning, design, construction, land development, and transport.
He is currently working on a number of urban regeneration projects, mixed use developments, business parks, retail schemes, and parking investments throughout Europe and the UK. His major projects have included Sugar House Island in Stratford, London, the Moxy Hotels development—rolled out in over 10 sites in the UK and Germany—and more recently the Tetley Brewery site redevelopment in Leeds.
A member of the European Urban Regeneration Council with the Urban Land Institute and a member of NIRIA (the Dutch Institute of Engineers), Henk is dedicated to creating sustainable communities at home and abroad.
