Kip is a senior consultant based in Tampa, Florida, who is focused on power generation. With power demand constantly growing and systems being subject to increasing severe weather events, Kip puts all of his 27 years of experience towards providing robust solutions for his clients.
Broadly speaking, Kip breaks his role down into two tasks, “selling” and “doing.” The doing part is being responsible for all technical aspects of a project and delivering high quality engineered products to our clients. The selling part is building new, and maintaining strong existing, client relationships. This means keeping clients aware of our expanding services and capabilities, helping them develop project scopes, supplying them with proposals in a timely manner, and maintaining effective communication.
Kip is tenacious in meeting schedules and exceeding expectations. He values and exercises precise and continuous communication to keep projects moving forward. Flexible and adaptable, he believes there are many different ways and directions that all can lead to success. Away from work, Kip applies his engineering skills to restoring and repairing his classic vehicles to better-than-new operating condition—that is, when he is not fishing, which he does as much as possible.
