With over 30 years of progressive experience in civil design in the Permian Basin, Ray’s experience includes municipal streets, highways, roadways, water system, storm water, wastewater project, and land development.
Ray loves seeing the final product of his work and being able to see the impact it has on his community. He was the lead designer on over 100 miles of highways in southeastern New Mexico, having worked on portions of US 285, US 70, and NM 18. He’s also designed over 50 local streets, water, and sanitary sewer line projects and developed traffic control plans, permanent signing, and striping plans on many of these projects.
If Ray isn’t working on civil design projects, you’ll probably find him hunting or fishing with his family
