Elvira is a registered architect and senior project architect with over 28 years of experience with public and private sector projects. She has served on both large- and small-scale projects through the design development stage, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
Passionate about creating architecture that instils a sense of community, Elvira’s experience includes new construction, renovations, mixed-use, multi-family, and interior design for commercial and corporate clients. Some of her most rewarding projects include Bezel and the adjoining Block H mixed-use building and parking structure at Miami World Center. Elvira’s role on the project was to lead construction administration on this 43-story, 434-unit luxury residential building that contained a 1,100-space parking garage. In many ways, this was a challenging project, which made it even more rewarding to have played a role in the delivery of a beautiful facility that has been extremely successful.
When she needs to disconnect, Elvira enjoys going to the beach with her family to recharge her body and mind—listening to the waves and sounds of the ocean brings her inner peace.
