Lee’s job? Aside from his role as practice leader, Lee provides oversight on project management and project controls functions within the Facilities and Process Engineering team based in the Midwest. Specifically, Lee works on financial transparency, resourcing, and planning. His responsibilities also include the financial planning and oversight of construction programs for our regional and international industrial and manufacturing clients. His aim? Efficient procurement of new greenfield and re-development projects and key guidance throughout the project life-cycle.
With 25 years of experience, Lee has worked for professional consultancies, general contractors, subcontractors, and software providers. Many of these past projects have required cost engineering to move forward based on their financial profile, breaking out components based on their individual merits, and redeploying capital to more optimal areas and processes.
Lee’s belief is that successful outcomes, especially on larger, more complex industrial projects, require engaging the expertise of the engineering and construction teams early in the project life cycle. Outside of work, Lee’s passions include foreign travel and soccer. Most recently, he’s travelled the US and Canada learning to snowboard and enjoying the winter weather and scenery.
