Victoria is a problem solver. Bringing innovative, pragmatic solutions to timing and modeling projects, her work on traffic engineering and transportation design projects often reflects this passion. Whether it’s finalizing a microsimulation model to visualize a new freeway interchange or tweaking signal timing to get more vehicles through an intersection, she excels at fitting all the pieces of the puzzle together.
Her experience also includes corridor studies, travel demand modeling, and multimodal transportation analysis. Already recognized by the industry, Victoria was honored by the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Mountain District with their 2021 Rising Star Award, and was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 2016 ITE Western District Annual Meeting for her presentation on multi-modal signal timing for a new light rail corridor in Aurora, Colorado.
Always mindful of the next generation of engineers, Victoria serves as the professional liaison to collegiate chapters of the ITE around Colorado and Wyoming.
