Mick enjoys working on a wide variety of projects and being able to identify solutions to challenging problems. He’s responsible for managing clients, staff, and projects for a mixture of water, roading, drainage, subdivision and building activities across the region.
Due to his experience in design and construction management, Mick is able to find efficiencies and practical solutions that lead to time and cost savings as well as increased safety, environment, and quality outcomes. The Murray Basin Rail project is an example where he managed the delivery portion of the program, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure the project kept on time and on budget. The result? Improved infrastructure that increased freight services across the region, providing a major boost to the transportation industry, agricultural sector, and regional communities.
When he’s not working to find creative solutions at the office, you’ll find Mick coaching his children’s football and basketball teams, catching a Western Bulldogs game, or out pottering on his hobby farm.
