With the mindset that “there’s always an opportunity to learn something on large projects,” Tiffany has devoted her twenty-year career to extensive, long-term assignments that have spanned preliminary design through construction. Stantec’s Route 9A Reconstruction is one of those sizable jobs.
After watching the Twin Towers fall on 9/11, Tiffany was determined to help redesign New York City following such a tragedy. Being able to immediately work on Route 9A and see it to fruition now gives Tiffany a sense of pride when she takes her son to Battery Park City and the Memorial to show him how she was part of rebuilding such an amazing city.
This project and the many others that Tiffany has contributed to emphasize her main belief about transportation—that it can transform a community. Without our engineers, the roadways, bridges, and rail lines that we rely on wouldn’t function properly.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys traveling with her husband and son as well as swimming and gardening.
