Robert leads the national defence engagement strategy, building strong client relationships and guiding teams to deliver value in security, sustainability, and innovation. Over the past 15 years, he’s led and supported defence infrastructure projects across Canada, working closely with Canadian contractors to integrate constructability, reduce risk, and achieve reliable schedules and quality outcomes.
A senior project manager and electrical engineer with more than two decades of experience, Robert has extensive expertise in collaborative delivery models—including design build, modified design build, and construction management—supporting projects from early design through construction. He is known for his practical, informed, and collaborative approach, grounded in design excellence and strong client partnerships.
Away from his project leadership work, Robert enjoys spending time at the family cottage, sailing, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors with his wife and two kids.
