Drawing on his expertise in ITS and safety-based planning and design, Evan has contributed to the streamlining of smarter and safer transportation networks. He has extensive familiarity with federal planning and design processes including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). He uses his skills in traffic management, highway safety, and traffic simulation modeling to help envision and execute transportation solutions that cater to future needs based on evolving land use and travel patterns.
