Larry is a sector leader for our environmental services group in Atlantic Canada. He has over 25 years of experience in environmental assessment, environmental remediation, highway design, construction, and geotechnical engineering.
Responsible for the development of long-range planning and the establishment of business and project objectives and priorities, Larry ensures that project work is completed on time, on budget, and to industry standards. He’s a senior technical reviewer for client deliverables, providing advice, training, and mentorship on environmental site assessment and remediation projects—he’s managed and provided senior review for hundreds of projects.
Larry served as provincial councilor for the Moncton District of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick from 2002–2008. He has delivered presentations to Business Development Bank, CIBC, ING Canada, Wawanesa Insurance, and the Greater Moncton Real Estate Board, highlighting technical issues relating to site assessment, cleanup, liabilities, and environmental regulatory requirements.
