Stephanie is an environmental services professional engineer and project manager with extensive experience managing large multidisciplinary projects associated with phase I/II/III assessments and remediations of industrial, commercial, and undeveloped properties across Canada. Since joining Stantec in 2005, she has been involved with projects for public sector clients including Public Works and Governmental Services Canada, Defence Construction Canada, National Capital Commission, National Research Council Canada, Natural Resources Canada, and the City of Ottawa.
Stephanie’s work focuses on the conceptual site model to remediation planning stages of projects, synthesizing large amounts of multidisciplinary data to improve understanding of the site and contaminant characteristics, and then designing and planning for remediation or risk management measures.
Additional areas of expertise include the assessment of sites for emerging contaminants such as PFAS and the development of conceptual site models for hydrogeologically complex sites. Outside of the office, Stephanie and her husband are busy raising their three boys to enjoy outdoor activities like skiing, mountain biking, kayaking, and swimming.
