In Meredith’s work as a GIS (Geographic Information System) analyst, she uses Esri (Environmental Systems Research Institute) software to design geospatial solutions that make data collection and management more efficient and user friendly. Part of our dynamic Water Delivery team, Meredith’s known for her work in ArcGIS Online creating S123 solutions, dashboards, and specialized reports. She’s especially proud of her work for a Power & Dams client, transforming a weekly inspection process from a manual paper form to an automated spatial solution—saving trees and the client’s time.
Serving as the regional lead for our Developing Professional Group (DPG) in the US South, Meredith supports 22 chapter leads from Texas to Kentucky as they plan events that make our developing staff feel engaged and empowered to lead. In her work with the DPG, she’s amazed by the growth of the network in the South and the investment of our senior staff to support the program at all levels.
Outside of work, Meredith connects with students and alumni at her Alma Mater, the University of Louisville’s Geography Department—she’s active in Louisville’s young professional organizations and enjoys spending time outdoors.
