Drawing on more than four decades of transportation engineering experience, Maurice focuses on the design, inspection, construction, and engineering management of a variety of transportation infrastructure related projects—bridges, tunnels, roadways, and railroads. He’s been involved in many major roadway and transportation infrastructure improvement projects across the mid-Atlantic region.
Maurice specializes in the analysis, design, inspection, and rehabilitation of all types of steel, concrete, and precast concrete bridges and other transportation and transit structures. Regularly serving as the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) manager, he develops and implements an overall quality management system for critical infrastructure projects. He’s also provided teaching materials and guidelines on the use and implementation of the quality process and procedures for various projects.
Bringing his focus on quality to his spare moments, Maurice enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children and his extensive family in Philadelphia. His favorite places, other than Philly, are London, Paris, and the beaches of Jamaica’s Montego Bay.
