As Growth Director for the Netherlands, Rik is responsible for growing our business in the Netherlands and our work on projects related to environmental services, infrastructure, soil, and the energy transition.
Throughout his tenure within the organization, Rik has held several high level management roles. Nowadays, his attention is focused on the growth of the Dutch business and the development of our service delivery portfolio. He does so by applying knowledge from the global organization to programs and services on a regional scale. A great example of this approach is the instrumental part he played in the development of the Soil Risk Map, a unique solution that was derived from applying knowledge and technologies from projects across the globe.
He is tenacious and critical in delivering the best solutions for our clients, while remaining flexible, and continually striving to find synergies across the operation to enhance cooperation. When chasing new opportunities, Rik has a knack for surprising both clients and colleagues with unexpected and innovative solutions.
