Luke brings more than 25 years of diverse management and consulting experience to his role as leader of our Environmental Services group. He’s held project and leadership roles around the world in areas such as sustainability, regulatory compliance, permitting, and natural resource damage assessment. His career has taken him to such countries as United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, Jordan, Oman, Nigeria, and Kenya, as well as Australia, his home country.
Having worked on many high-profile projects, Luke has a deep understanding of the environmental, regulatory, and cultural nuances that shape successful projects. He takes pride in bringing together the right teams, across disciplines and geographies, to facilitate robust and seamless project delivery for our clients. He draws on his understanding of business drivers and cultural influences in the workplace to streamline team collaboration and conflict resolution, with the overarching goal of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions to complex environmental challenges.
Luke settled in North America in 2010 and became a United States citizen in 2022. He’s married and the father of twin boys. Their homebase is Portland, Oregon.
