Marshall is an executive vice president, responsible for driving success on our global major pursuits portfolio, applying his leadership and relationship building skills to deliver on the values and expectations of shareholders, clients, and employees. He has 35 years of experience providing strategic direction for the planning, delivery, and operation of water-related infrastructure.
Since joining Stantec in 2016, Marshall most recently served as executive vice president for Stantec’s Innovation Office where he was responsible for the commercial development of new and enhanced services and digital solutions.
Marshall serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Board for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a post that takes him back to his alma mater. He has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from San Diego State University, master’s and doctorate degrees in civil engineering from UCLA, and has completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a registered civil engineer.
