Elsa is a client-focused, highly motivated and results-oriented senior project manager—a designation that demonstrates her education, experience, and ability to manage, lead, and direct teams for successful project outcomes. She has over 22 years of combined experience in the midstream oil and gas, power transmission, and forest sectors with a focus on the development of critical infrastructure.
Working with environmental practitioners who specialize in terrestrial, water resource and aquatics, and heritage resource subjects, Elsa is adept at activating teams. Highly skilled at collaborating with multi-faceted project teams—including environment, land, survey, engineering, and Indigenous and stakeholder engagement—to complete project siting and routing, she’s directly experienced with the rigor that’s required to defend project location. Additionally, she’s acted as an expert witness as part of the regulatory process. Working with stakeholder groups and participating in land acquisition and construction planning activities, she can clearly communicate regulatory requirements for project development. She engages with Indigenous groups to contribute to project development through participation, employment, and monitoring and training programs.
Outside of work, Elsa spends as much time as possible in the mountains running, mountain biking, backpacking, skiing, and adventuring with her son and dog, and other fun-loving, energetic company!
