Danielle approaches resilience planning primed with a degree in civil engineering and a background in transportation engineering. With this, she brings a unique perspective that helps better connect plans to implementable projects. Danielle is also skilled at setting up systems for projects—whether that’s developing a tool or program to streamline an analysis process, creating workflows, or establishing analysis methodologies.
Committed to improving the world around her, Danielle moved into planning because she enjoys helping communities identify and develop projects from the beginning of a project lifecycle. With resilience planning, she can combine two of her passions: helping people and helping the environment. For example, she enjoys developing nature-based solutions that serve as a public amenity while minimizing flooding and capturing carbon.
Danielle and her husband enjoy staying active outdoors in activities such as hiking, pickleball, volleyball, rock climbing, swimming, and biking.
