Whether helping move water through pipes or shaping the ground for positive drainage, Todd is one of our key civil engineering team members. When it comes to the mechanics of water, he’s passionate about taking apart problems, analyzing the components, and fitting them back together with a solution.
Todd uses our unique scoring matrix to determine water project feasibility, comparing multiple potential impacts such as existing utilities, pavement replacement, traffic control, business access, bypass pumping costs, and easement acquisitions. His experience includes bringing projects from planning through design and has worked on large diameter gravity and pressure pipeline design, storm drain, irrigation design, and plant site civil and yard piping. Additionally, Todd well versed in the water/wastewater regulatory environment.
Todd has called the Old Pueblo home for over 30 years and enjoys cooking and traveling with his wife and daughter (when he isn’t immersed in the world of water delivery).
