With over 30 years of experience, Denise’s career spans planning engineering, detail design, contract administration, and program and project management. An experienced program manager, Denise has directed and managed $300M conveyance multi-projects including storage tanks, ponds, watermains, and storm sewers. She’s also managed water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
Denise’s approach to projects stresses design efficiency, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery.
Throughout her career, Denise has supported the City of Toronto and its residents to mitigate the impact of basement flooding. Currently, she’s involved in the Group 3 Basement Flooding Improvements Program that impacts residents in the North York, East York, and Scarborough districts.
Denise was born and raised in Brazil, and is fluent in Portuguese.
