With nearly 20 years of experience in civic architecture, Jessica leads the design process for public sector projects such as transportation, water, and sanitation for local and state agencies. She uses a thoughtful and analytical approach and has a particular affinity for programming and master planning phases.
On one of her recent projects, Jessica served as project manager and lead architect for a new operations and maintenance master plan complex on behalf of the Orange County Sanitation District. Her responsibilities included planning, programming, stakeholder and engineering coordination, and overseeing drawings and specifications through to construction administration. For LA County Public Works, she led planning and programming efforts to document existing materials, equipment, and staffing and future growth needs at their Hollydale and Imperial field yards.
When she isn’t busy leading the design of public sector projects, Jessica enjoys whimsically scrolling through real estate listings, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, traveling, and dancing in circles with her one-year-old.
