Following six years serving as an active duty army engineer officer, Nicole works with our Water team in Atlanta. Although she did not follow a traditional engineer career path out of college, she has pivoted into a design and project management role that allows her to thrive and use her engineering degree to its fullest potential.
Nicole has worked on the design of a large water transmission main and is gaining technical experience in other areas to include stormwater, water treatment, hydraulic modeling, and remediation. In addition to design, her project management and leadership experience has been an asset to the team as she assists in program management and proposal activities. Nicole truly appreciates that her work directly impacts water infrastructure and loves having the opportunity to connect with communities throughout the design process. She’s currently supporting the transmission team out of Chicago, serving as assistant design manager and civil designer on an alternative water supply program for the City of Joliet.
Always staying active, Nicole enjoys hiking with her dogs and husband, playing board games, lifting weights, and traveling in her camper van.
