With over 33 years of public and private sector experience in wet weather flow management for urban wastewater collection and treatment systems, Adrien leads our Wet Weather practice. His career has focused on combined sewer overflow (CSO) and sanitary sewer overflow (SSO) control, flood risk remediation, and capacity assurance programs.
Throughout his career, Adrien has served as project lead—from concept development all the way through construction and commissioning—for many major, award-winning CSO control and wet weather flow management projects.
He’s managed key projects supporting the Ottawa River Action Plan, such as the award-winning Flow Regulator Upgrades and Real Time Control Implementation Program as well as the recently completed Combined Sewer Storage Tunnel Project. These City of Ottawa projects will help improve water quality for Ottawa citizens as well as downstream water users. He also project managed the multi-award-winning Sandy Hill Flood Control Project which solved chronic surface basement flooding in one of the city’s most historic neighborhoods.
If he isn’t running our Wet Weather Practice team or solving crucial community challenges, you’ll probably find Adrien pursuing outdoor activities with his family, tending to woodlots in Nova Scotia, out on a long motorcycle trip with friends, or at a concert or baseball game somewhere.
