With more than three decades of experience in the architecture industry, Carlton is a certified lighting designer who has developed architectural lighting for various project types. He’s received multiple Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Illumination awards for interior lighting design.
Carlton is passionate about lighting due to how it can help enhance spaces and everyone’s daily quality of life. He’s dedicated to employing sustainable design practices in his work. He frequently coordinates and collaborates with architects, interior designers, engineers, clients, and end users to create a holistic approach to achieving project lighting solutions.
When he isn’t working on lighting designs, Carlton enjoys spending quality time with his family, roller-skating, playing basketball, and watching them grow.
