Ciro joined Stantec, on November 2, 2014, and despite being from Naples, he is not superstitious about the All Saints date…on that day a new life started for him!
After working for 14 years at a major eneregy company as Head of the HSE sector–initially within the Refinery and Deposit department and finally within the retail distribution network–Ciro had to completely change his perspective on things in order to become a consultant. His approach to work is passionate and enthusiastic and when he works with clients and colleagues he believes he works above all with PEOPLE who need his experience, support, and problem solving. Trust and respect are the basic ingredients of the relationships he builds. Putting yourself in the client’s shoes, understanding his or her needs and difficulties with a humble and discreet attitude, is at the heart of his consulting style.
As a team leader, he pays strong attention to his colleagues’ work life balance as he is aware that their wellbeing will contribute to building a stronger professional community and deliver a better service.
