Working with our team in Albany, Chris has over 12 years of structural and geotechnical engineering experience. Having young children and enjoying the outdoors, he is sensitive to the effect of his work on the community.
Chris is known for using his expertise in structural design of both bridges and buildings, geotechnical engineering, and bridge inspection to look at the big picture first and then zoom in on the details, helping clients see how the details fit into their overall goal. He goes above and beyond the expected, as he did on a pedestrian bridge inspection where sections of fencing were detached, creating a safety hazard. While the team’s only obligation was to document and report the condition, Chris’ team made a temporary repair by using heavy duty zip ties to secure the fencing and mitigate the danger to elementary school kids using the bridge.
When not working, Chris is sure to be enjoying time with his kids.
