Ricardo leads Stantec’s global Inclusion, Diversity, and Engagement team. He’s passionate about empowering and developing individuals in a culturally competent way while advocating for equitable spaces. During his career, he has worked as a facilitator, consultant, and leader across small and large organizations, both in the private and non-profit sector.
Since joining Stantec in 2012, Ricardo has worked to advance inclusion, diversity, and engagement by developing strategies, leading initiatives, and facilitating numerous education sessions, including unconscious bias training. “My favorite part of working for Stantec is collaborating with our talented and passionate colleagues to make the Company an even better place to work for all,” says Ricardo.
Ricardo’s vision is for Stantec to become a truly global organization. He believes that there is an opportunity for more collaboration and synergy by balancing the unique local realities of our regional operations and our global commitment of inclusion, engagement, and employment equity.
