A people person at her core, it’s no surprise Rachelle leads our small business outreach and contract administration for mega-projects such as California High-speed Rail. Driven by a desire to help our small business partners succeed, she works with them hand-in-hand on any issues to make sure resolutions are reached and strives to elevate their visibility on projects.
In her role as contract administrator, Rachelle uses her strong negotiation skills to balance customer needs with company risk mitigation. Organized and detail-oriented, she handles multiple tasks under tight deadlines and provides consistent follow-through on established commitments for high-stakes deliverables. Her experience and skills compliment her ability to interact effectively with all levels of project partners.
When she’s not amplifying small business voices, Rachelle enjoys traveling and getting to experience other communities and cultures.
