Courtnay provides a unique set of skills as a project manager with her background in environmental science and environmental law. She serves as the environmental review lead for our Natural Resource group for a variety of project types. These range from residential and mixed-use development projects to large taconite ore and aggregate mining projects.
With each new project or client, Courtnay loves to learn about project specific needs and also takes the opportunity to teach clients more about how environmental review requirements interplay with their project delivery goals. Her experience includes direct coordination between clients, scientists, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
When she isn’t busy navigating environmental requirements and project goals, Courtnay enjoys traveling with her husband and two sons. She challenges herself with a commitment to daily fitness and finding some downtime for reading, walks, and container gardening.
