As a geotechnical engineer, Rebecca collects, manages, and analyzes geotechnical drilling data, downhole test date, and laboratory analyses for the preparation of geotechnical reports. She focuses on supporting foundation design, trenchless pipeline installations, slope assessments, infrastructure development, and MTO highway infrastructure expansion projects.
Rebecca has experience coordinating large field programs crossing various municipal and regional jurisdictions and including multidisciplinary collaboration. She has also supervised contracted drilling activities and conducting rock slope stability assessments of natural slopes, rock cuts, and excavated trenches through visual inspections and rockfall modelling. Rebecca’s project work has taken her across Canada to unique sites accessible only via helicopter, gondola, boat, or barge.
When Rebecca is not at work, she can be found going on adventures with family and friends by exploring new places or embarking on backcountry canoeing and hiking trips.
