As a senior civil engineer, Vanessa uses her experience with design and construction administration to tackle water supply projects in New England. She strives to bring fresh perspectives to all types of challenges and is passionate about the role of modern water systems in our society.
Vanessa has thoughtfully designed and managed linear infrastructure and treatment facility projects. She’s familiar with infrastructure replacement and rehabilitation, chemical feed systems, disinfection byproduct reduction systems, facility expansion studies, hydraulic analysis, and pump station design. Vanessa is also a member of Water Environment Federation, Engineers Without Borders, and American Society of Civil Engineers. An Arizona transplant, she’s licensed in the Grand Canyon State and Connecticut.
When she’s not bringing her community together through water, Vanessa enjoys working on her home with her husband and is an avid cyclist and runner. She’s fond of the Hartford rail-to-trail pathway, training where obsolete infrastructure was transformed into a city resource.
