Erica’s career in northern Canada started over 20 years ago, reflecting her ongoing passion for interacting with the beautiful and hardy landscapes and people of the three vast territories. With a deep resume of experience in geoscience, environmental management, and environmental assessment and permitting, Erica brings a unique perspective to projects.
A problem solver who excels at managing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams, Erica’s successful approach places particular emphasis on effective coordination and communication. Her most recently completed projects involved obtaining regulatory approvals for two major developments in the Northwest Territories.
Through ongoing leadership and involvement in local projects, Erica has established great relationships with northern stakeholders including industry, regulators, Aboriginal organizations, and government. Her commitment to leadership and local communities extends outside of the office—where she volunteers her time as a community coach for several organizations.
