Patrica oversees business development, business management, and project development in her role as the practice leader for our New Mexico Water group. She approaches her projects with a commitment to being a dedicated, collaborative steward of a stable, communicative, and engaging team of trusted partners.
A proven project manager, Patricia has experience with the planning through construction phases for project involving water resources, water and wastewater treatment, conveyance, flood control, community development, and transportation. Previously, she worked for the New Mexico Department of Transportation as a construction liaison engineer and gained an in-depth look at how local governments can increase their funding. She brings this expertise to projects such as the Jal Preliminary Engineering Report and Rio Rancho 2 Headworks, where funding was a key factor.
When she isn’t overseeing water related efforts, Patricia enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, and going to the gym. You can often find her watching her son play multiple sports year-round.
