Serving as the practice leader for our Water group, Patrica oversees business development, business management, and project development for all water business in New Mexico. She approaches her projects with a commitment to being a dedicated, collaborative steward of a stable, communicative, and engaging team of trusted partners.
Patricia understands how integral client partnership and understanding are to a successful project. Previously, she worked for the New Mexico Department of Transportation as a construction liaison engineer and gained an in-depth look at how local governments can maximize their funding. She brings this expertise to projects like the Jal Preliminary Engineering Report or Rio Rancho 2 Headworks, where funding was a key factor. While Patricia has worked on projects across the southwest United States, her focus now lies in supporting New Mexico clients through lasting relationships.
