A civil engineer in our Water group, Jeff has over 10 years of experience with planning, designing, leading, and supporting a diverse field of projects. These include subdivision development, water and wastewater treatment, linear conveyance, pump stations, irrigation, and water resources projects for a wide range of public and private sector clients.
Jeff prioritizes communication and can adapt his style to meet the varying needs of clients, stakeholders, and project team members. Passionate about sustainable design, he is acutely aware of the impact engineering has on the life cycle costs of infrastructure. He’s currently leading a water and wastewater serviceability study for that City of Regina, which aims to provide a roadmap for sustainable growth for a future population of over 500,000 people.
When he isn’t working on projects with our Water group, Jeff spends most of his spare time coaching his kids’ soccer teams and has been coaching competitive soccer for around 18 years. He’s also an avid traveler and travels any chance he gets.
